About the Role:
Goodline are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Batching Plant Operator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring concrete batching operations run efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality output. You’ll operate front end loaders, handle HR trucks (agitator experience preferred), and manage concrete mix designs.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience batching concrete and understanding concrete mix designs

• HR Truck Licence (agitator experience preferred)

• Front End Loader ticket and proven experience

• Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)

• QLD Coal Board or Mineral Mines and Quarry Medical (Advantage)

• Rio Tinto Weipa Induction (Advantage)

• G1 Apply Risk Management (Advantage)

About You:

• Experienced in concrete batching operations and loader driving

• Strong understanding of safety procedures in mining or construction environments

• Able to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment
