We are seeking a professional, customer focused, multi-tasker for a fast paced role that is diverse, challenging and rewarding. You will ideally have 3+ years experience in administration, client services with construction or trade knowledge & the ability to build relationships quickly. The role entails dealing with clients both over the phone, email enquiries & showroom appointments. You will also juggle multiple projects & installation schedules and focus on ultimate customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail is paramount as you will be preparing quotes & production paperwork, communicating design requests, liaising with staff and suppliers and processing multiple jobs to production each day.
You must have a 'can do' attitude with a primary goal to keep our clients happy, manage job flow from initial contact to final completion, work productively with initiative and drive under timelines and love coming to work everyday.
