Uniform Group has multiple opportunities for fun, energetic, passionate & service driven individuals to join our various retail teams, on a casual basis. The position will be between October 2025 to February 2026, With the possibility of a permanent role for the right person after the peak season.

Duties will include but are not limited to

• Assisting customers with sizing for their child's school uniform needs

• Merchandising and organising displays

• Processing sales and offering add-on products

• Ensuring the store looks well stocked, clean and tidy

Our ideal candidate will have

• Previous exposure in retail, hospitality or customer service roles

• Demonstrated experience working towards KPI's/targets

• Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment

• Availability to work up to 3-4 days per week Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster basis

• The ability to think strategically to problem solve and come up with solutions for customers

• Have an outgoing personality that can communicate effectively with all walks of life

• Australian work rights are required for this position
