CRAMLI Psychological and Behavioural Services is a NDIS-registered provider dedicated to delivering evidence-based, person-centred supports across Cairns and FNQ. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality behaviour support that empowers individuals, reduces restrictive practices, and promotes independence.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate and values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities, to name a few:

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

  • Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)

  • Provide consultation and training to support teams

  • Collect and analyse behavioural data

  • Ensure compliance with NDIS reporting and documentation requirements

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Education, or a related field

  • Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice

  • Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and regional areas

  • NDIS Commission endorsement as a minimum ‘Core’ Behaviour Support Practitioner

Pay Range

  • Pay is based on your level of experience and registration status in Behaviour Support.

  • Applicants who apply without a Behaviour Support Practitioner ID and require endorsement at entry level will commence at the lowest pay rate.

  • Higher levels of experience and demonstrated capability attract higher pay within the range.
