As an Assistant Venue Manager in Cucina Vivo, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the venue providing effective management of a dynamic team. As a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is an expert in leading a large and diverse team, you will drive innovative solutions, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure the achievement of departmental goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your food and beverage leadership and customer service skills throughout Cucina Vivo.

A few of your responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is effective and efficientOversee operational functions that include rostering requirements, standard operating procedures, training and performance managementEnsure compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol and relevant provisions of the Liquor ActAssist with the selection, training and development of the team to ensure timely recruitment and career growth opportunitiesAssist the Venue Manager to achieve operational and financial targets

What are we looking for:

Food & Beverage leadership experience with a thorough knowledge of food and beveragesA passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and leading operational teams to deliver great guest experiencesAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team membersHighly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detailAccreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol - RMLV/Approved Manager an advantageFlexibility to work a rotating roster to meet business demands
