What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and ensure smooth functionality across the hotel.

• Lead and mentor a skilled engineering team, creating a culture of safety, efficiency, and pride in workmanship.

• Drive preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely responses to engineering requests.

• Uphold impeccable safety standards and emergency readiness, including participation in environmental and energy conservation initiatives.

• Collaborate across departments to support guest satisfaction, building aesthetics, and sustainability efforts.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in engineering or facilities management — ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire, coach, and bring out the best in a team.

• Hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to solve problems proactively.
