As our new Aircraft Technical Records Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting this team — capturing, tracking, and managing the records that underpin our safety and compliance. If you thrive on detail, love aviation, and want to be part of a crew that keeps the Territory moving, this is your chance to make a real impact.

  • Report complex issues that may hinder completion of component changes or compliance;

  • Provide support to Engineering and Maintenance team;

  • Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved;

  • Maintain aircraft technical records and aircraft logbooks;

  • Create and distribute work packs to the Maintenance organisation for our fleet of 30 Cessna, Beechcraft and Fairchild general aviation aircraft;

  • Assist in planning and scheduling the in-house Maintenance organisation’s resources to complete aircraft maintenance;

  • Ad hoc duties as required.

   The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Timely and accurate data entry skills;

  • The ability to communicate effectively with and between the Maintenance Control team and engineers in the Maintenance Organization;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Self-motivation in a fast-paced team environment;

  • Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail;

  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft suite;

  • Experience with aviation maintenance tracking programs (IAS – desirable however training will be provided).

A minimum two years of related experience is required. Aviation experience is desirable but not essential.
