Southern Machinery is a Tasmanian owned business located in Kingston, Tasmania. We are looking for a person to manage our office, administration and finance. The role can be moulded to suit the right individual, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week, through to full time if preferred. Duties of the role will and can include:

Accounts receivable & payable

Creditor & debtor management
-
Daily & monthly reconciliation (incl. BAS)

EOFY preparation
-
Respond to phone & email enquiries
-
Travel arrangements for all staff

Freight (inbound / outbound) management
-
Maintain office supplies
-
Manage staff leave
-
Assist with apprenticeship sign up & maintenance
-
Manage on-site wholesale stock
-
Fleet management
-
Stocktake
-
Assist as needed in the business (ie. lunch cover)

Wages (for those with experience)
-
HR (for those with experience)
-
IT system maintenance (for those with experience)
-
Advertising / Social media (for those with experience)
