Your New Role
This role serves as the school's central point of contact, administering reception duties, providing first aid, and offering comprehensive administrative support to the Principal, including financial tasks and student record maintenance. This role ensures smooth daily operations through effective communication, organisation, and efficient handling of diverse inquiries and responsibilities.

Essential Criteria
Undertake duties as negotiated with the Principal To monitor student non-attendance via correspondence to parents and share relevant information with the Principal To type correspondence and reports as directed by the Principal Assist with the monitoring of compliance requirements Manage and dispense medication authorised by parents and maintain a Medication Register Manage and update student Medical Records Capable of producing professional correspondence, newsletters, and documentation as required by the Principal Support the ethos of Catholic Education and the School Confident use of technology for information sharing, school promotion, maintenance of the school website and online calendars Experience with school-based administrative systems (e.g. Compass) or a willingness to learn quickly. Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written Proven ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work undertaken. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information relating to students, staff, and families Maintains trust and integrity in all aspects of school administration. Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates warmth, courtesy, and respect in interactions with students, staff, parents, and visitors. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also showing initiative and independence when required. NSW Working with Children Check Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or working towards Accreditation
