The Role
We are seeking a confident, reliable and organised individual to take the lead in administration and customer service at our Port Hedland branch. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7.30–8.30am and finish times between 3.30–4.30pm.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams, coordinating day-to-day branch administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will manage customer enquiries, oversee data entry and documentation, and support workflow coordination across the team. Systems used include Salesforce and iTrack, with full training provided.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works well with autonomy, and can confidently support a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptlyComplete data entry and admin tasks accuratelySupport operations and administration team with daily tasksAssist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training recordsPerform reception duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service or office administration (logistics background is a plus)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritise tasksProficient in MS OfficeCommitment to safety and following processes
