About the Role

Depending on your experience and qualification, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality education and care for children

• Creating engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Supporting or leading curriculum planning and programming

• Mentoring and supporting team members where applicable

• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies

About You

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Child Safe Standards, or willingness to learn

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
