As a Casual Educator, you will be a key part of our team, supporting the delivery of our programs while ensuring the wellbeing and development of every child in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate play-based learning experiences that cater to children's interests and needs

- Ensure each child feels safe, cared for, and support their emotional wellbeing

- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a rich learning environment

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe space for both children and staff

- Contribute to nursery planning and development, documenting children's progress and achievements

- Engage with families, building positive relationships and fostering open communication

What You’ll Need:

- A passion for working with children

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III or equivalent)

- A current Working with Children Check

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of casual shifts
