An opportunity exists for an educator with a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting children with diverse abilities and interests.

The little ones are curious, creative, and full of energy, they love LEGO, Science and STEM activities, reading and time at the park. They also enjoy sensory play, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and water-based activities.

The siblings share a close bond and love spending time together. Like many children, they can have their moments of disagreement, so the ideal educator will be confident in supporting positive interactions and helping them navigate conflict with kindness and understanding. The successful educator will bring flexibility, empathy, and initiative to support children’s development across social, emotional, and cognitive domains.

Experience or understanding of supporting children with ADHD, ASD Level 1, or additional therapy needs (including speech, occupational, or behavioural supports) will be highly regarded, but not essential. Compassionate care is at the heart of this role, particularly when assisting with health-related routines such as eczema management.

As the family are an Army family, the role may increase to five days a week in 2026, with the potential for an occasional Saturday shift when Dad is deployed. The role requires an educator who is comfortable and confident driving.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and engaging educator who values exploration, collaboration, inclusion, and a child-led approach to learning.

You must:
- Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR

- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence

- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186.
