About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the financial planning team while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
• Coordinating appointments and managing adviser calendars
• Preparing client documentation and correspondence
• Maintaining and updating client records and files
