Disability Support Worker (Day Program)

Are you passionate about empowering others and creating meaningful change? Casa Services is on the lookout for a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our vibrant Day Program team in Alice Springs!

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver hands-on personal care and daily living supportFacilitate engaging community, recreational, and skill-building activitiesImplement behaviour support plans and therapy recommendationsKeep accurate records and uphold NDIS standardsFoster choice, respect, and independence in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experienceBackground in disability or community services (bonus if you’ve worked with CALD, Indigenous, or complex needs clients)Strong communication skills and a team-first attitudeMust-haves: driver’s license, first Aid + CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, police clearance, COVID-19 vax (2 doses + booster), and the right to work in Australia
